The location was convenient.

The room was not properly cleaned despite two requests. This was unacceptable. Breakfast options were quite limited considering the high price. Mosquitoes were also present in the room. This created a very uncomfortable environment.

The location was IDEAL for exploring. I easily accessed many attractions and public transport (it made day trips easy!). The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. I got a kettle for boiling water, so I could make my own tea and coffee in my room.

i found the location really good. it was easy to reach the city center and the historical docks. the staff showed great friendliness and willingness to assist, especially with directions. the modern dockland area offers a unique charm that really grew on me.

the room i stayed in was quite small. it felt a bit tight, especially when trying to unpack my luggage. some additional space would certainly enhance the comfort like myself.
